I wanted to visit “CACTUS EATRIP” for long time because I heard that was the best bagel cafe in Okinawa.
I finally visited this family-run bagel cafe on route 58 when big typhoon just arrived near Okinawa:)
Their bagels with natural yeast were my favorite texture that were not so soft and moderately chewy inside and crispy outside.
I was happy that there was good selections of fillings and spreads including vegetarian and vegan ones in the menu.
“Hummus & Vegetables Sandwich” & Lentil Soup were yummy!
If you are vegan, you had better ask them without cream cheese in the sandwich.
And you can add avocado as a option.
It is a cozy & homey atmosphere.
I like their vintage furniture.
I had “Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Sandwich” as well.
That day I felt like this nice combination.

They open from 9:00 for breakfast.
I am sure their bagels and coffee are the best choice for breakfast!
They run another bagel cafe called “Little Cactus” in Chatan in Okinawa.
I should check that, too!
